Cardiovascular health relates to the health of heart and blood vessels. Cardio is also when you work out your heart. It also relates to the health of organs which are critically dependent on a strong supply of blood. Your heart is a muscle and as you become more active, your heart gets stronger and healthier. You should work out your heart for 30 minutes. It is important to work out your heart to lower blood pressure, lose weight and lower your cholestrol.
Cardiovascular activities involve movement which gets your heart rate up and improves oxygen consumption to your body. There are 3 main cardiovascular activities which are running, swimming, and cycling. Runing helps your heart, especially lowering risk of heart disease and losing weight. Swimming provides the same aerobics as running and it works out your heart and lungs. Cycling will decrease the risk of coronary heart disease and it works out your uscles.
Its much simple to live a healthy life style. You can live a healthy life by exercsing and eating well. Such as eating no chips, candy, salt and oil. You may eat what you like in modern small portions, instead of eating large amounts eat small amounts, limit yourself. People can help by talking to each other how and why it is important to take care of your heart. The activities we work out in physical education are doing jumping jacks, holding your leg for 15 second, doing lunges and running. In sumer vacation i will be doing alot of cardiovascular activities and running to get a work out for my heart and live healthy.
